                  REGULAR MEETING OF THE NEWBOLD LAKES COMMITTEE
                                 FOR THURSDAY MAY 18, 2017 AT 4:00 PM
                           At The Newbold Town Hall, RT. 47 & Apperson Drive
This Agenda for this meeting is as follows
1.     Call to order
2.     Approval of minutes---March 16,2017
3.     Guest speaker Mr. Jim Winkler Newbold County Supervisor, on AIS, CLEAN BOAT CLEAN WATER. Or any questions the Committee may ask.
4.    Discussion and possible action on challenges any of our associations may be having, and looking for solutions to their issues.
5.    Lake Associations Report
A.   Lake Mildred
B.   Flannery/Velvet Lake
C.    Rhinelander Flowage
D.   Tom Doyle Lake
E.    Two Sisters Lake
6.     Discussion and possible action on projects and directions the Newbold Lakes Committee will be going for 2017.
7.     Administrative matters for review and discussion by the Lakes Committee, including future meeting schedules, agendas, and project updates.
8.     Public comments and communications pursuant to Wisconsin Statues     whereby the Newbold Town Lakes Committee can discuss a matter raised by the public.
9.     Adjournment

NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN that a majority of the Newbold Town Board, Newbold Plan Commission, and the Newbold Outdoor Recreation Committee may be present at the meeting to gather information about a subject over which it has decision-making authority. This constitutes a meeting of the Newbold Town Board, Newbold Plan Commission, and the Outdoor Recreation Committee, pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such although the Newbold Town Board, Newbold Plan Commission, or the Outdoor Recreation Committee will take no formal action at these meetings.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Newbold Lakes Committee, by majority vote, may invite public input prior to debate on any agenda item. Such input, if allowed, will be closed prior to Committee discussion/debate of the agenda item

PAST EVENTS

July 23, 2016 is the date for this year's pontoon link up party. The party begins at 5:30 pm. People can motor, paddle, or peddle to the party set to be held in Velvet Lake at Mike and Lynn Barber's house. If you do not have a boat to get to the party, just stand on your dock at 5:15 pm and a pontoon boat will pick you up or call someone below. Bring your beverage of choice and an appetizer to pass. No Pets Allowed.
